Job Summary
Welcome travelers and guide them through the service flow between Olive & Finch and the adjacent Counter + Market. Greet, seat, and manage the dining and lounge areas while running dishes and drinks from the kitchen to tables. Clear, clean, and reset tables swiftly, then stock the dining room, host stand, and server stations with menus, silverware, and water. Maintain a sparkling environment by sweeping floors and wiping surfaces, strictly adhering to local health department rules and airport-specific safety procedures. This hands-on role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs to support table busing and dining room stocking.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to successfully pass the required federal background screening and fingerprinting process mandated by Denver International Airport to secure an airport badge.
- Must be able to bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs to support table busing and dining room stocking.
- Schedule flexibility to work weekends, evenings, early mornings, and holidays as needed to align with airport flight schedules.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, bar, hosting, or fast-casual hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- A genuine desire to learn and work all front-of-house roles with the flexibility to pivot tasks dynamically on a dime.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and remain genuinely warm and professional under heavy passenger volumes.
