Job Summary
FOH Supervisor oversees daily front-of-house operations during shifts, ensuring staff follow Joia Beach service standards, guiding servers, runners, bussers and bartenders, and supporting management. Responsibilities include opening/closing the venue, managing guest experience and service quality, handling basic guest issues, coordinating with management, and ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and company procedures. The role requires leadership, frontline staff supervision, training/onboarding support, cash handling and POS operations, and shift leadership to maintain smooth service in a high-volume hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Five (5) years Food & Beverage and Restaurant / Hotel experience.
- Must have previous leadership experience in a high-volume Restaurant or similar size and nature.
- Must have Food & Beverage product and equipment knowledge.
- Must speak, read, and understand English.
