Job Summary
Greet guests upon arrival, manage seating to ensure smooth service flow, and answer the phone professionally. Take reservations on Resy, record wait lists when immediate seating is limited, and relay messages to servers and management. Provide estimated waiting times, accommodate special requests, and assist with bussing or drink service as needed. Work in a fast-paced, high-volume brunch environment from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm with weekend availability required. This role supports Kitchen 324's mission of extreme hospitality and multi-generational relationships through intentional service and executional excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Must have weekend availability
- Must be 21+
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours)
- Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests
- Must have exceptional grooming habits
- A passion for EXTREME HOSPITALITY
- Must be 21+
- Must have weekend availability
- Comfortable standing up to 8 hours and lifting up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
- Passion for creating great guest experiences
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of service procedures, beer/wine/spirits preferred
