FOH Shift Supervisor ( 4Rivers Smokehouse) -Orlando Airport

Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house team members during daily operations at 4 Rivers Smokehouse inside Orlando International Airport. Monitor dining room and service areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards while ensuring every guest receives friendly, efficient, and exceptional service. Assist with opening and closing procedures, shift transitions, and daily operational checklists. Coach team members on service standards, company policies, and operational procedures. Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly. Monitor labor, staffing levels, and workflow to maximize efficiency. Assist with cash handling procedures, register accountability, and daily reconciliations. Ensure compliance with company policies, airport regulations, health department requirements, and food safety standards. Maintain accurate product displays, beverage stations, dining areas, and service counters. Support inventory management by monitoring supplies and communicating operational needs to management. Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment. Step into operational positions as needed to support business demands. Perform additional duties as assigned by restaurant management.
