FOH Shift Supervisor ( 4Rivers Smokehouse) -Orlando Airport

Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house team members during daily operations while ensuring every guest receives friendly, efficient, and exceptional service. Monitor dining room and service areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards, addressing guest concerns professionally and resolving issues promptly. Assist with opening and closing procedures, shift transitions, and daily operational checklists, while coaching employees on service standards, company policies, and operational procedures. Monitor labor, staffing levels, and workflow to maximize efficiency, assist with cash handling procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies, airport regulations, health department requirements, and food safety standards. Maintain accurate product displays and beverage stations, support inventory management by monitoring supplies, and step into operational positions as needed. Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime; must obtain and maintain all required airport security badges and clearances. Located at Orlando International Airport (MCO).
