Job Summary
Coordinate daily restaurant operations, organize and supervise shifts, and manage productivity, quality, and customer service standards. Direct and motivate staff to deliver the Nudy's Promise by coaching employees on proper customer service practices and side work schedules. Respond swiftly to customer concerns, regularly review product quality, and ensure brand consistency across all locations. Balance cash registers and ensure team compliance with government regulations and company policies while conducting performance reviews. Requires minimum 1 year hospitality leadership experience and availability from 6:30 AM through 4:30 PM on weekends and Tuesdays through Fridays.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year's hospitality leadership
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams
- ability to lift 25 pounds at times
- OPEN AVAILABILITY
- Minimum Availability: 6:30AM THROUGH 4:30PM on Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday
- Holidays are required (except Thanksgiving and Christmas)
Desired Qualifications
- extensive knowledge of food, with the ability to successfully answer customer questions
- 7 Shifts system experience
- ability to obtain certification within 30 days of employment
