Job Summary
Manage shifts involving daily decision making, scheduling, and planning while creating memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations. Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness, perform calmly in a high-volume environment, and manage on-the-fly requests with poise. Coach, lead, and develop the restaurant team while driving continuous improvement. Understand flavors, aromas, and food ingredients alongside wines, and operate POS systems and OpenTable reservation platforms. Requires 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant experience. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant experience
- Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling and planning
- Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
- Understand flavors, aromas and characteristics of food ingredients and wines
- Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness
- Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
- Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
- Understand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems)
- Coach, lead and develop restaurant team
- Drive continuous improvement
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
