Job Summary
FOH Server Staff responsible for supporting Servers, Bartenders, and the front-of-house service process; pre-buses tables, refills water, communicates requests to Servers, delivers food to tables, maintains stock and par levels, and assists with setting and clearing tables. Must be familiar with locating food/beverage items, stocking service items, and performing sidework (stocking, folding napkins, polishing, filling ice bins, brewing tea/coffee). Role requires teamwork with FOH and BOH, flexible schedule, and physical duties (standing/walking/bending/pushing). Minimum 18 years old with High School Diploma or GED; hospitality-focused with a passion for excellent service.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) as a minimum.
- Passionate about excellence in hospitality, service, beverage service, and food
- Ability to work a flexible schedule: days, nights, and/or weekend
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, pulling, and pushing
