Job Summary
FOH - Server role in NYC part-time with weekend availability. Responsibilities include greeting guests, explaining menus, taking beverage and food orders, serving food and drinks, clearing tables, performing side-work, maintaining clean waitStaff stations, informing management of service/safety issues, processing payments, and assisting with other service-related duties. Requires English communication, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, a flexible schedule, teamwork, basic food handling skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to work in-person at the New York, NY location; knowledge of Italian cuisine and brand offerings preferred, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and adhering to training procedures.
