Job Summary
Front of House Hospitality Manager sought to lead the service team at Granger's Restaurant & Bar in Houston’s Museum District. Responsibilities include following the daily manager’s agenda, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction, coaching and onboarding FOH staff and other managers, managing interviews and hiring, maintaining budgeting and payroll alignment, coordinating with kitchen leadership on food quality, implementing marketing and service improvements, and ensuring compliance with state/local laws. The role requires strong leadership, operations oversight, staff development, and a focus on delivering a premier guest experience in an upscale-casual dining environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Must possess detailed knowledge of front of house and back of the house management
- Proficient in budgeting, staff scheduling, interviewing, training, and shift supervision
- Must have Texas Food Handlers and TABC Certifications
- College degree not required, but preferred
