Job Summary
Manage front of house operations at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill with limited supervision, ensuring guest experience, food execution, and service quality. Maintain a strong presence in the dining room, bar, and front door while leading hourly team members through scheduling, hiring, and development. Conduct bi-weekly inventory of wine, liquor, and beer in a team effort and partner with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations. Holiday closures include Christmas and Thanksgiving Day, with early closures on Christmas Eve.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high volume, full-service restaurant experience
- Warm, passionate, and committed to the industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, cool, and collected under pressure

- Self-discipline; maintained professional appearance
