FOH Manager or Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee all facets of the restaurant, supervise all staff, and ensure customer satisfaction and the Dreamland guest experience. Requires strong customer service, the ability to work 50+ hours across multiple shifts in a restaurant floor and kitchen, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Responsibilities include supervising staff per standards, performing in-restaurant roles as needed, assisting with purchasing/inventory, staff evaluations, developing initiatives to boost sales and guest counts, maintaining cost controls and daily inventory checks, ensuring health/safety compliance, scheduling staff, training, maintaining menus and product knowledge, tasting for quality, maintaining sanitation and equipment, cash handling procedures, and keeping records related to operations. Education: high school diploma minimum; two-year college education preferred. Experience: at least 2 years in food & beverage; server or catering experience preferred.
