Job Summary
Coordinate and guide the front of house team to ensure smooth service and high standards throughout the shift while modeling excellent hospitality and efficiency. Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols, including proper food handling, labeling, storage, and sanitation. Set up, organize, replenish, and deep-clean all front of house facilities including service stations, professional work stations, tables, and restrooms. Demonstrate physical stamina to lift over 20 lbs multiple times per shift and support closing up, locking up, and arming the building. Work independently, communicate clearly with back-of-house teams, and bring positive energy to a high-volume restaurant environment on Tennyson street. Open availability including nights and weekends is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Can function effectively in a high-volume restaurant while multitasking and prioritizing tasks under pressure.
- Help coordinate and guide the front of house team to ensure smooth service and high standards throughout the shift.

- Demonstrate physical stamina and the ability to remain active throughout the shift.
