Job Summary
FOH Supervisor responsibilities include ensuring compliance with service standards, supervising food and beverage outlets, training staff, communicating policies, managing inventory, achieving budgeted revenues, and maintaining equipment. Candidates must have a high school diploma and restaurant management experience, with alcohol awareness certification or food service permit required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years restaurant management experience in a full service restaurant/nightclub or similar setting
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card
Desired Qualifications
- Hospitality Management Degree or some college preferred
- Fluency in English, other languages preferred
Additional Requirements
- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 75 pounds
