FOH-Host at Roberta’s Montauk/New York locations, responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations with Resy, and delivering a warm, engaging guest experience in a fast-paced environment. Focus on multitasking, attention to detail, anticipating guest needs, and building strong guest relationships. Collaborate with FOH team to maintain teamwork and a memorable atmosphere, while supporting guest recognition efforts and creating a warm, fun environment for guests to enjoy. Experience with Resy and a passion for hospitality are highly valued; the role emphasizes guest service, seating management, and contributing to a positive guest experience across Montauk and New York locations.
