FOH - FOH Lead

Hospitality / FOH Lead is an entry level leadership position for Team Members seeking to grow into a management position. Responsible for maintaining an uncompromising focus on delivering excellent Guest experiences on every shift and keeping Urban Plates' Vibe. The role includes guaranteed hourly base rate plus tips, opportunities for advancement and access to professional training and leadership development programs. Full-time or part-time schedules with benefits, including health/dental/vision, 401k where eligible, and paid time off.
