FOH - FOH Lead

FOH Lead is an entry-level leadership role focused on delivering excellent guest experiences across shifts, supervising team members, maintaining the Urban Plates Vibe, and driving service quality. Responsibilities include upholding guest satisfaction, ensuring timely service, training and cross-training team members, collaborating with both Front-of-House and Back-of-House staff, and supporting career development opportunities. The role offers guaranteed hourly base pay plus tips, plus access to team member recognition programs and company-sponsored training and advancement opportunities.
