Job Summary
FOH F&B Attendant at Canadian Niagara Hotels Group of Companies. Greet guests, prepare and serve food and beverages, attend to special requests, restock supplies, and maintain department cleanliness. Demonstrated commitment to guest satisfaction with strong interpersonal and communication skills; Smart Serve certification required. Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays and function effectively under pressure; secondary school diploma preferred (minimum Grade 10 or equivalent).
