Job Summary
Ring in guest orders accurately using the POS system and handle cash and card transactions responsibly. Handcraft specialty coffee, tea, and custom beverages to brand standards while packaging food and beverage orders securely for travelers. Organize incoming to-go, mobile, or delivery orders to ensure precision and minimal wait times in a high-volume environment. Maintain a spotless, organized counter-service environment by restocking grab-and-go cases, pastry displays, and barista supplies throughout the shift. Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and food sanitation procedures while greeting traveling guests warmly to accommodate tight flight schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to successfully pass the required federal background screening and fingerprinting process mandated by Denver International Airport to secure an airport badge.
- Must be able to pass a federal background check.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and adaptable to shifting passenger volumes.
- Availability: Schedule flexibility to work weekends, evenings, early mornings, and holidays as needed to align with airport flight schedules.
- Must be able to bend, reach, move quickly, and lift up to 25 lbs to restock supplies and support service.
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong guest service and communication skills.
- Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced airport environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and remain calm under pressure.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, barista, or fast-casual hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
