Job Summary
Clear dirty dishes, silverware, and glasses from tables, wipe surfaces, and reset tables with fresh linens, silverware, and condiments. Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering food, and communicating guest needs such as allergies or special requests. Maintain dining area cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, and prompt spill cleanup, while replenishing service stations with napkins and supplies. Stack chairs and remove trash at the end of each night. This role requires physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items up to 50 pounds, along with strong communication skills to work effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.
Required Qualifications
