Job Summary
Lead planning and logistics for the Feed business unit, managing a team of four to five planners. Oversee end-to-end planning of feed raw materials and finished feed, collaborating with purchasing, production, and logistics to ensure an efficient supply chain. Drive continuous improvement through analysis, forecasting, and supply chain projects while partnering with purchasing to secure sustainable raw material sourcing. Work closely with production units to optimize flows, delivery service, and inventory utilization. Based in Malmö, reporting to the Feed Chief.
Required Qualifications
- Flerårig erfarenhet av planering, logistik eller produktionsplanering
- Ledarerfarenhet som chef, projektledare eller teamledare
- Akademisk utbildning inom exempelvis logistik, teknik, planering eller ekonomi
- Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift
Desired Qualifications
- Erfarenhet av Relex, M3, DMP, QlikView, Oracle och BAAN
- Goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office och Power BI
