Job Summary
Focus Controller Manager leads financial controlling and performance management within manufacturing operations, ensuring financial accuracy, transparency, and actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making, while driving digitalization and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include leading factory controlling activities with KPI monitoring, cost analysis, and financial performance tracking; ensuring accurate month-end closing, reporting, and variance analysis; managing plant P&L, inventory controlling, and capital expenditure reporting; providing financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions; driving finance digitalization through automation and process improvements; and leading and developing the finance team to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance or controlling, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, P&L, and financial reporting
- Proven leadership and communication skills
