Job Summary
Run foam dispensing machines to inject foam into plastic parts, following work orders to set proper mix ratios and shot sizes. Check finished parts for defects, voids, or improper foam expansion, then clean and maintain tools, hoses, spray guns, and work areas. Clear simple machine clogs and make minor equipment adjustments while keeping accurate records of daily production counts. Follow all safety rules while handling manufacturing chemicals, speaking and understanding English with strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. Stand for long periods indoors around noise, moving machinery, and chemicals, lifting up to 80 pounds as needed while wearing required PPE including high-top steel toe boots, safety glasses, and protective sleeves.
