FNP Primary Care Opportunity with Leading Multi-Specialty Group – Bronx, NY

Deliver comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, acute illness management, and chronic disease treatment for patients of all ages. Perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans. Educate patients on disease prevention and lifestyle modification while collaborating with physicians and specialists to ensure coordinated care. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives. This full-time, outpatient role is within a leading multi-specialty group in the Bronx focused on integrated, patient-centered care across all age groups.
