Job Summary
Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed to join a brand-new, modern rural clinic on Oregon's coast. Provide comprehensive primary care in a collaborative team setting and extend care to a school-based health center at a nearby high school, supporting adolescent health. Manage a patient panel with an average of ~15 patients per day, participate in a shared call schedule (1 week every 4 weeks), and work with dedicated support staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Location-based highlights include a coastal village with a peaceful lifestyle and access to outdoor recreation; compensation ranges from $125,000–$150,000 plus robust benefits, 20 days PTO, CME funds, relocation assistance up to $5,000, a sign-on bonus (negotiable), 3-year contract, loan repayment eligibility, and comprehensive retirement and health plans.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent for FNP, or Physician Assistant (PA-C) with applicable licensure
- Board certification as FNP or PA-C
- Active state licensure in Oregon or ability to obtain
- Clinical experience in primary care and adolescent health (school-based health center experience preferred)
- Excellent collaborative and patient-centered care skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to participate in call schedule and provide continuity of care
- CME and professional development requirements per healthcare facility policies
