Job Summary
Practice as an FNP or PA in a family medicine/primary care setting in The Dalles, OR. Requires current FNP/PA certification, Oregon license and DEA license in good standing, and a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in family medicine or related field. Preferred bilingual English/Spanish and Epic EMR experience. Telehealth may be available with Washington license.
