Job Summary
Provide full-spectrum primary care as part of a small, collaborative team alongside another FNP and an MD/DO in Medina, NY. Conduct health histories and physical examinations, diagnose conditions, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and prescribe medications in accordance with NYS guidelines. Perform minor office procedures, provide counseling and patient education, and refer patients to appropriate specialty care as needed.
