Job Summary
Provide full-spectrum primary care services to a diverse patient population by conducting health histories, physical examinations, and diagnosing conditions to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Prescribe medications per NYS guidelines, perform minor office procedures, and offer counseling and patient education while referring patients to specialty care as needed. Collaborate closely with an experienced FNP and an MD/DO in a team-based care model at a primary care site in Medina, NY.
