Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) needed in rural coastal Maine to join a mission-driven primary care team. Full-time position with a 4-day work week (Mon Tue Thu Fri) consisting of 10-hour shifts, providing comprehensive family practice care to patients across the lifespan at multiple clinic locations within the health system. Competitive starting salary of $110,000 for new graduates, plus a $25,000 signing bonus and $10,000 annual student loan repayment, along with a robust benefits package. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent for FNP; active NP license or eligibility in Maine
- PA-C license or eligibility in Maine; appropriate PA credentialing to practice family medicine
- Board certification as FNP or PA-C; state licensure in Maine
- Ability to provide comprehensive family practice care across the lifespan
