Job Summary
Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with pediatric experience needed in Hornell, NY. Lead the care team in medical decision-making, conduct HPI and exams, diagnose, create treatment plans, prescribe per NY guidelines, perform minor procedures, educate patients, and coordinate referrals.
