Advanced Practice Provider (FNP or PA) sought to join a mission-driven community health clinic in Hood River, OR. Full-time role (4 days/week: 32 patient-facing hours plus 8 hours for asynchronous clinical care/administrative duties). Manages own patient panel and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team including behavioral health and support staff.
