Job Summary
Outpatient primary care practice seeking a Family NP (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a community-focused team. Four-day workweek with 10-hour shifts (4x10), no on-call responsibilities, serving an underserved population within an integrated care environment that includes behavioral health and support services. Requires 2+ years of experience (preferred) and bilingual ability is strongly encouraged. Required Qualifications
