Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care services in an FQHC setting to patients of all ages, with emphasis on preventive care, chronic disease management, health promotion, and patient education. Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team; supervise clinical staff; ensure compliance with policies, infection control, confidentiality, and regulatory guidelines; participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives; maintain accurate medical documentation and reporting; precept NP/PA students and adhere to practice agreements and organizational policies; perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
