Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive family health assessments and manage chronic disease care for underserved, culturally diverse populations in Central Phoenix. Provide clinical services to a patient base where 68% are Spanish-speaking, utilizing bilingual communication skills to ensure effective care delivery. Work onsite within a Federally Qualified Health Center environment supported by a dedicated medical assistant. This role offers a stable, mission-driven setting with competitive compensation ranging from $145K to $175K, flexible scheduling options including 5x8s or 4x10s, and eligibility for up to $50K in NHSC loan repayment for a two-year commitment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Onsite only – Central Phoenix
