Receive, review, and process calls from individuals reporting losses incurred, including accidents, thefts, or other incidents related to motor vehicles. Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards callers experiencing difficult situations, ensuring a supportive and understanding approach. Drive customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and efficiently addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Multi-task effectively, problem-solve, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with team members and work independently to ensure timely and accurate handling of FNOL claims. Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
