Job Summary
FNB Points of Presence: Community Advisor role focusing on delivering exceptional customer service, guiding customers toward digital/self-service options, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting the growth of the client base. Responsibilities include serving customers promptly, understanding needs, processing requests, achieving sales and service targets, migrating customers to self-service and digital channels, cross-selling to strengthen relationships, tracking sales/service activities, compiling accurate statistics, and ensuring governance and audit compliance. The position emphasizes customer-centric service, accuracy, planning, reporting, and adherence to service standards within a South Africa-based branch context.
Required Qualifications
- NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS
- 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
