Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional, customer-centric banking experience by proactively understanding client needs, guiding them to suitable service channels (including eChannels and self-service), and educating customers on digital/self-service banking solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships, communicate clearly, and explain processes in simple terms while ensuring compliance with banking policies. Analyze customer data to tailor comprehensive financial solutions, identify sales opportunities to support portfolio growth, and uphold high accuracy and attention to detail. Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge, and demonstrate empathy and accountability while operating within a 12-month fixed-term contract at the FNB POP.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4
- Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields
