Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer experience in a banking context by proactively understanding client needs, guiding them to appropriate service channels (including eChannels and self-service), and educating customers on the correct Banking platform. Build and maintain client relationships, communicate processes clearly, ensure compliance with procedures, identify sales opportunities to support portfolio growth, and analyze customer data to tailor tailored financial solutions. The role emphasizes ethical conduct, brand-aligned engagement, and execution of transactions with high accuracy, all within a 12-month hourly-rate contract under the Department of Home Affairs initiative.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4
- Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS
- 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
