Job Summary

Provide exceptional customer experience at FNB POP, building strong client relationships and guiding customers to tailored banking and self-service solutions. Educate customers on appropriate banking platforms, identify sales opportunities, ensure regulatory and process compliance, and contribute to portfolio growth and channel optimization while delivering ethical, customer-centric service in a 12-month hourly-rate contract.

Required Qualifications

  • Grade 12/NQF Level 4
  • Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
