Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored banking solutions. Educate customers on the correct banking platform and self-service channels, explain processes clearly, ensure compliance with rules and processes, and identify sales opportunities to support portfolio growth. Analyze customer data to recommend integrated financial solutions, contribute to cost containment, and stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge. This 12-month hourly-rate contract (Department of Home Affairs Initiative) with FNB POP emphasizes ethical conduct, empathy, and a customer-centric approach while collaborating with a dynamic team to deliver outstanding service in a regulated environment. Location: Bizana, South Africa. Qualifications include Grade 12/NQF4 (with FAIS-recognized Level 5 preferred) and 1–3 years in customer-facing roles; opportunities for personal and professional growth and brand representation in the local market.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: Grade 12/ NQF Level 4
- Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS
- 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
