Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by proactively understanding client needs, providing tailored banking solutions, and guiding customers to the most suitable service channels (including eChannels and self-service). Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, communicate processes clearly, ensure compliance with rules, educate customers on banking platforms, analyze customer data to recommend tailored solutions, and identify sales opportunities to support portfolio growth. Exhibit ethical behavior, attention to detail, and a commitment to regulatory requirements while working within a 12-month fixed-term contract at FNB POP in South Africa.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- Preferred NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS
- 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
