Conduct dishwashing in the Dietary Dish room by retrieving dirty pots and pans, washing them at proper temperatures, and performing set-up and break-down for special functions. Sweep, mop, and clean floors, walls, and ceilings while utilizing proper safety PPE for equipment and utensil cleaning. Remove trash, operate the compactor, and thoroughly clean waste cans at each interval. Deliver food trays to patient floors when the Hospitality Aide is absent. Follow departmental standards and perform additional tasks as assigned.
