Conduct patient and cafeteria food service duties under direct supervision of the Dietary Director. Perform tray assembly, transport food carts, and deliver trays to patient care units. Manage ware washing for retail and patient services, including flatware, china, glassware, and kitchen equipment. Empty cafeteria tray carts and complete assigned sanitation tasks, trash removal, and physical safety maintenance. Follow proper labeling, rotation, and quality control practices while maintaining high standards for food and equipment care. Work flexible hours, days off, and overtime as required by operational workloads.
