FN Hospitality Assistant, Marshall Medical Centers North, Full Time, Shift Varies

Conduct patient and cafeteria food service duties under the Dietary Director, including tray assembly, cart transport, and tray delivery to patient care units. Perform ware washing for retail and patient services, empty cafeteria tray carts, and execute assigned sanitation tasks such as trash removal. Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and equipment care while following labeling, rotation, and quality control practices. Work quickly under strict time deadlines with minimal supervision, adhering to posted schedules, payroll procedures, and attendance guidelines. May work flexible hours, days off, and overtime as required by operational loads.
