Job Summary
Lead an hourly labor pool and support functions, overseeing production/operational processes to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality output across multiple digital manufacturing platforms. Resolve immediate production issues and implement corrective and preventative actions to minimize downtime while fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes safety, quality, and accountability. Manage resource planning and training for team members in a high-throughput environment. Base pay ranges from $24 to $26 USD.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a lead/manager role
- Experience managing direct hourly employees in a high-throughput environment
- Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to mentor employees across all levels of the organization
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience with advanced additive manufacturing technologies or digital fabrication tools
