Job Summary
As a FMS Support Specialist, you will serve as a key resource for participants and stakeholders regarding self-directed services, support budgeting/expenditures, handle data entry and payable invoices, review timesheets and payroll documents, conduct monthly audits of spending, share program information with participants and teams, and maintain strong customer service relationships with individuals, families, case managers, and vendors via phone and email. The role emphasizes bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, proficiency with budgeting and financial management systems (Excel emphasized), independent work, and the ability to manage high volumes of communications while meeting deadlines. The position is Full-Time with Hybrid work located in Brooklyn Park, MN, with in-office training and meetings. Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred.
