FMCG Brand Art Director / Designer

Job Summary
You will own everything that moves our brands visually and creatively forward with a clear focus on FMCG performance in the market. Develop and execute creative concepts across all brands to boost visibility and impact; build and evolve strong brand worlds with a consistent visual identity; design packaging with FMCG logic aimed at converting at shelf; develop assets for web, social, and marketing focused on performance; translate ideas into tangible market-ready products rapidly; leverage AI to improve workflows and outputs; lead projects end-to-end from concept to market; manage freelancers and external partners; collaborate with Head of Brands and team to shape products and communications beyond design.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years in a creative role (Design, Art Direction or similar)
- Strong portfolio with FMCG or retail work
- Very strong Figma skills with UI and web experience
- Experience across packaging, social media, web and print
- Deep understanding of FMCG design, retail and consumer behavior
- Independent, hands-on, fast and solution-oriented
- Take initiative and drive projects
- Ownership mindset
- Use of AI as a practical tool in daily creative workflow
- German & English
