FM Technician (Refrigeration)

Respond to helpdesk service requests with reactive repairs and minor works while conducting planned preventative maintenance on refrigeration and HVAC systems per contractual requirements. Maintain accurate asset registers, oversee subcontractor attendance to ensure work meets agreed standards and budget, and carry out remedial works, minor alterations, and installations across client sites. Advise on capital purchases, support surveys and reporting, coordinate third-party contractor visits for specialist repairs, and prioritize maintenance tasks to meet response times by escalating delays when necessary. Demonstrate technical knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems, including pack systems and control mechanisms.
