Job Summary
Senior Analyst in FM Securities Issuer Services focusing on supporting the issuance of ING-issued bonds and certificates of deposit/commercial papers, coordinating with Legal, Front Office, and issuing agents, processing corporate action events, and handling payments related to coupons, redemptions, and distributions. Collaborates with Amsterdam-based teams and a broad set of counterparties, custodians, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely settlement and delivery, including ADR conversions, paying agency services, and fee reporting. Requires strong English communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work mid-shift and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Has good communication skills – fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment
- Willing to work in mid-shift schedule and on public holidays
