Job Summary
Lead and guide the technical team and GA staff to ensure FM and GA hospital operations are implemented effectively within approved budgets, performance targets, and regulatory requirements. Manage vendor relationships and handle building permits while maintaining safety and accreditation standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, K3 certification, and a minimum of three years in the field. Full-time position based in Indonesia with competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Elektro / Mesin / Industri
- Memiliki sertifikasi K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) Umum atau K3RS
- Terbiasa berhubungan dengan Vendor atau Perizinan Gedung
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja dibidang yang sama minimal 3 tahun
- Memiliki tanggung jawab, leadership dan komunikasi yang baik
